Hot water issues plagued my shower during my stay, which is pretty disappointing for the kind of place this is. Multiple guests complained about the lack of basic toiletries-waiting all evening for shampoo is not ideal. On top of that, there were some housekeeping hiccups. Rooms not being fully serviced didn't mesh well with a longer stay. It’s frustrating when the printer for guest use isn’t operational, leading to added hassles of sending emails for printing. While the room itself has potential, the services and amenities need a bit more attention.

The decor in the lobby was elegant and welcoming, which made it feel luxurious. I found the staff to be very accommodating, especially when I needed assistance with my bags, making my stay all the more enjoyable.
